The desktop consists of two splicing boards, but the tabletop will be very flat when assembled according to the installation manual.

In case of any motor or panel issues, the troubleshooting steps are as follows: - If "ER1" is displayed on the panel, unplug the power, re-plug, and press the down button for over 3 seconds until "RST" is displayed, which enters the pre-reset state. - If "RST" is displayed, long-press the down button until the lowest height, and the desk will be reset. - If the system still does not work after the reset, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the problem as soon as possible.

The desk is equipped with an anti-collision system, which will stop the downward movement and then move the desk upwards if an obstacle or pet is detected under the desk during height adjustment.
